| Patti specializes in exhibit development, design, production and installation, with more than twenty-five years' experience in the creation of museums, visitor centers, world expositions and major attractions. Prior to joining Lexington in 1994, Patti managed the design and installation of the Electric Energy Pavilion for Expo ’93 in Taejon, Korea. Patti’s multi-faceted talents and extensive museum and exhibit design experience have greatly enhanced the company’s strength in conceptual design and design development. Her ability to art direct a project from concept to project installation, as well as her boundless energy and enthusiasm, has helped establish many enduring client relationships. Patti lead Lexington’s design/build efforts for the award winning projects Kidspace Children’s Museum, Pasadena, Ca and Noah’s Ark at the Skirball, Los Angeles, CA as well as the innovative Treehouse Kid’s Adventure Center, Snowmass, CO. Patti received her B.F.A. from the University of Wisconsin. |

| Rick came to Lexington with
more than twenty-five years’ experience in related engineering
and construction fields, including trouble-shooting and quality
control for Kintec, Inc. in the 70’s, designing and engineering
high performance auto racing parts at Tilton Engineering, and
designing and drafting everything from high-end custom homes
and additions, to furniture and logos. His responsibilities
at Lexington include overseeing the technical aspects for all
company projects and coordinating the design of fabrication
details and specifications. In addition, Rick works as a liaison
between the design and production departments and participates
in client consultations by providing technical expertise and
counsel to the design process. |

| Ron Antone returned to Lexington in 2006, after serving 25 years as President and Head of Production at Scenery West. Ron brings to Lexington over 40 years of experience as a technical director, production stage manager, and designer in the theatre and scenic construction industry. His theatrical credits include design and technical direction for numerous productions at New York's prestigious Roundabout Theatre Company and many Regional Theatre productions throughout the United States.
He has been the construction coordinator and specialty construction supervisor for literally hundreds of national and international commercial campaigns, most notably those directed by Ridley Scott, Joe Pytka, David Fincher and Francis Ford Coppola.
Ron has been instrumental in the successful completion of many major entertainment construction projects for Disneyland, Disneyworld, Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Japan. Recently his considerable themed construction experience has been utilized to help bring Lexington to the forefront in specialty construction for Casino interiors throughout North America.

| Stewart joined Lexington in 2006 after serving over nineteen years as Vice President of Scenery West.
Widely recognized as an authority in the entertainment design and construction field, Stewart served on
the Board of Directors of the Themed Entertainment Association for three years, including one year as Treasurer.
He is frequently invited to speak and serve on panels at conferences for a number of markets including retail,
hospitality and entertainment. Born in New York, Stewart studied theater construction and design at Brooklyn College
and Lester Polokov School of Design in New York City. He served his apprenticeship at the venerable Nolan Scenic Studios
and continued his career as a carpenter and stagehand for Broadway theaters, the Metropolitan Opera and television in
New York City. |

| Rosalie has an eye towards creating mutually beneficial relationships
and synergy with untapped markets. The task of Business Development is to expand the scope of projects
Lexington targets. Her background includes new business development and project management for both commercial
and themed entertainment industries, both in the boardroom and on the jobsite. Through her work in these fields
she has collaborated with engineers, architects, interior designers, museum officials, general contractors,
and city officials. Rosalie strives to bring her professional experience in these fields into Lexington’s future. |

| Brad came to Lexington with more than twenty-five years of experience in a broad variety of
construction fields, including hands on construction, sales, contracts, zoning, leasing, property management and project management.
His broad knowledge and experience in all types of construction have been instrumental in understanding the intricacies of projects
in the developmental stage and matching the capabilities of Lexington's work force to produce useful schematic budgets and accurate
project budgets. |

For over twenty years he has managed multiple large fabrication projects simultaneously with an eye to monitoring budget and production schedule milestones. Todd is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, integration, quality control and installation. |

| A graduate of UCLA's Master of Fine Arts Program, John has spent the majority of his post graduate
years as a set designer and art director in the film, television and attraction industries. Prior to
joining Lexington in 2006, John served as Design Director at Scenery West. John's extensive resume
includes set design for eight major projects for Walt Disney Imagineering at Disney World in Florida,
Disneyland in California, and Disneyland Resort in Paris. For Universal Studios Creative, John was
involved in several major projects spanning the parks in Orlando, Hollywood and Osaka, Japan. He
served as Senior Set designer for Toon Lagoon at Universal Studios Orlando's Islands of Adventure,
Lead Set Designer for An American Tale children's playground for Universal Studios Hollywood, and
many more. John also spent time as a designer for Jeremy Railton & Associates, BRC Imagination Arts,
Paramount Studios and David Sackeroff Designs. |

| With over thirty-five years of experience, Jerry has worked as a designer and art director on projects for major theme parks, trade show and permanent exhibits, themed retail environments, casinos, television, film and live shows. His Universal Studio, Disney, Landmark Entertainment Group, Paramount Studios, Wyatt Design Group, Thinkwell Design, the Hettema Group, and BRC Imagination Arts. Since joining Lexington, Jerry’s has worked on several major museum projects, theme park, resorts, casinos, special events, and sculptural play areas for children.
In addition to the above, Jerry has taught Design, Interior Design, and Presentation Techniques at California State University, Northridge, Moorpark College, and the Los Angeles Fashion Institute for Design and Merchandising.

He has managed a variety of different projects ranging from themed attractions, museums, and family entertainment centers, to high profile casino projects both domestically and internationally. His clients have ranged from Paul Allen’s Experience Music Project in Seattle, WA, the MGM Grand Hotel, and Sega Gameworks, to major attractions for Universal Studios, Warner Bros. and Disney. |

| Ian brings to Lexington a solid foundation and knowledge of the latest in industry technologies and innovations due to his background in special effects, automation and mechanization. Currently, he leads Lexington’s efforts in the retail arena, assisting the fastest growing retail chain in the world (Forever 21, Inc.) with it’s international expansion totaling more than 80 stores opening per year. His skills in estimating make him especially talented in responding to F21’s swift and dynamic schedules. Ian is a recent graduate of Carnegie Mellon University’s prestigious School of Drama with a degree in Production Technology and Management, with additional studies in Business Administration and International Project Management. |

| Marie joined Lexington in 2006 following more than sixteen years of production, management and installation in the themed entertainment arena. Prior to joining Lexington, Marie worked with several different themed entertainment companies including Universal Studios, BRC Imagination Arts, and Landmark Entertainment. She has worked extensively overseas on several theme park projects in Japan as well as her latest adventure renovating a museum of history in Singapore. Marie’s vast experience in management for a variety of clients ensures that each project surpasses expectations and is delivered on-time and on-budget. For Lexington, Marie has managed the award winning Donald W. Reynolds Museum and Education Center in Mt. Vernon, VA and the Omaha Children’s Museum, Omaha, NB. |

| Howard brings to Lexington thirty years of experience in management, design and construction of custom sets, scenery, special effects, exhibits and events for the themed entertainment industry. Howard’s education at San Diego Mesa College and Northern Arizona University focused on film and visual design. His diverse background includes hands-on construction and supervision of sets and scenery for Sea World of San Diego, production management and technical design for trade show exhibits and museums, as well as art direction and production design for motion picture and television. Howard managed the award winning Kidspace Children’s Museum, Pasadena, CA; Noah’s Ark at the Skirball Cultural Center, Los Angeles, CA; and the blockbuster touring exhibition Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs. |
